La Salvaora Taberna Española is a Spanish tavern-style resturant in the heart of the Barrio del Carmen area of Valencia.
Choose a few plates from the list of La Salvaora’s tapas and entrees for a well executed Spanish dining experience.
Foodies will love the choices from monk fish carpaccio, pate of rabbit, deer and wild boar, tripe with red pepper, bull’s tail with red wine, etc. Don’t forget the meat and cheese selections, which account for about a third of the menu.

Near the Mercado Central, you’ll find a great little Indian restaurant and cocktail bar named Dhaba in the Plaza Don Juan de Villarrasa.
Served under a concept called “Thali”: created for people who want to sample the wide array of Hindu cooking instead of having to order just one large dish.
Thali consists of various dishes, called “Kaulis”. Our Thalis include seven Kaulis which are salad, yellow lentils, salted vegetables, basmati rice, curry, raita , and a dessert. You can choose between 4 different Thalis: Fish, Vegetarian, Chicken and Lamb (translated from Dhaba’s menu).
