Company, design and innovation are united this summer at the Cultural Bancaja in Valencia with a proposal that offers the public the lifeline of companies.
Valencia: Design and Innovation, organized by the Bancaja Foundation with the collaboration of the Group of Investigation and Management of Diseño (IGD) of the Polytechnical University of Valencia, shows the visitor the different values from innovation, through design, that have helped 17 company leaders.

Filmoteca d’Estiu in the Palau de la Música

The traditional outdoor cinema of summer will be celebrated between the 30th July and the 28th August.
Between the 30th July and the 28th August, the Film Council of Valencia hosts an open-air film festival in the Gardens of the Palau of Music, starting at 22,30 every night.
In this beautiful setting, both classic and cult movies will be screened and film buffs will enjoy the generous selection in original version.

El Museu de les Ciències Príncipe

Prince Felipe Museum of Science is part of Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
The building was designed by Santiago Calatrava and was built in a joint venture of Fomento de Construcciones and Contratas and Necso. It was opened on 13th November 2000.
The building was designed in 1991 and construction began in 1996. It is over 41,000 square meters in area and resembles the prehistoric-skeleton of a whale. The Hemisfèric IMAX Cinema

The Hemisfèric IMAX Cinema

The Hemisfèric is part of Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
The Hemisfèric was the first building in the City of Arts and Sciences to open its doors to the public in 1998.
This spectacular construction was designed by the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava, with an ovoid roof spanning over 100 metres that contains the large sphere that constitutes the projection room of the IMAX cinema.
