		<description><![CDATA[The Central Market of Valencia is constructed in a modernist style and was built in 1914.<br />
The designers, Francisco Guard Vial and Alexander Soler, both trained at the School of Architecture of Barcelona and worked closely with Domènech i Montaner, an architect who characterized himself as a modernist.<br />
There is great beauty in the architecture as well as the tradition and history of the market. The combination of metal, glass and the Gothic columns is a testament to modernism, as if the Market is a cathedral to the commerce-centre it once was.<br />

		<description><![CDATA[Near the Mercado Central, you’ll find a great little Indian restaurant and cocktail bar named Dhaba in the Plaza Don Juan de Villarrasa.<br />
Served under a concept called “Thali”: created for people who want to sample the wide array of Hindu cooking instead of having to order just one large dish.<br />
Thali consists of various dishes, called “Kaulis”. Our Thalis include seven Kaulis which are salad, yellow lentils, salted vegetables, basmati rice, curry, raita , and a dessert. You can choose between 4 different Thalis: Fish, Vegetarian, Chicken and Lamb (translated from Dhaba’s menu).<br />
