Sponge Bob and his friends arrive at the Oceanographic aquarium on December 22 to January 9!
Come and see Bikini Bottom in all its seaweed glory. Plus, from December 24 to January 6 you can meet Sponge Bob himself at the Oceanographic!
The whole area is amazingly constructed under water. This underwater aquarium holds 45,000 aquatic creatures of 500 species. These include invertebrates, reptiles, birds and fish. Visitors can see the deadly sharks swimming inches away from the protective glass panels. Penguins, sea lions, dolphins, beluga whales, walruses and many more aquatic species move freely in this gigantic aquarium. No aquarium would be complete without [...]

The Museum of Natural Sciences of Valencia is the perfect place for a photographic exhibition “First Ladies, Women in emergency situations” (“First Ladies. Mujeres en situación de emergencia”)
The women are the first to suffer when the power of the army ruins a society. At the same time, they are powerful: they assure the survival of their family and assume the main sustenance tasks and refuge. For that reason, these women are our “First Ladies”.
Histories of these “First Ladies” have been picked up by three famous Dutch photographers in three contexts, women who have been affected by the war or the insecurity of it:<br [...]

The Museo Histórico Médico, is located inside the highly complex of the School of Medicine of the University of Valencia.
The museum was created after many instruments, materials and iconographic works were donated by the school. Over the years the museum has grown due to donations from others. With artefacts dating back as early as the 19th century, the museum illustrates how medical science has advanced over the years.
There are different sections dedicated to a variety of subjects related to medicine including Paleo-medicine and traditional medicines from different countries such as Greece, China, and India. A separate hall in the Museo Historico-Medico is dedicated [...]

The Museo de Ciencias Naturales of Valencia is a hidden jewel in another corner of Turia city, the Royal Gardens, better known as Viveros.
It’s not a very well known museum and therefore rarely crowded. So much so it doesn’t even have its own website!
It is a home to an enormous collection of ancient fossils and large dinosaur skeletons so the Museum of Natural Sciences appeals to all ages. With large and spacious exhibition halls, other museum attractions include informative displays about evolution, together with prehistoric information about the Valencia area.
